Goals? Do You Make These fatal Mistakes In Setting And Achieving Your Goals?

Hello Friends,
If you are not making the progress you are capable of and would
like to make, it is because your goals are not clearly defined.
These words were first spoken by Paul J Meyer.
I wrote these words down on a 3×5 card and have had them on my
bathroom mirror for over 20 years. (I had to create new cards as
they weathered, now I have laminated them.)
Why??
Because I truly believe that Goal Setting is the first step
in any muscle building, weight gaining or fat loss program.
But there is a question that begs to be answered…
If goal setting is the first step or the “secret” as many have
(including myself) said to succeeding in life then why are not
all people that know about goal setting successful?
Anthony Robbins has pointed out that what stops most people from
accomplishing all they want is FEAR!!
Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of rejection…
But wait, I want to have a 6 pack stomach, I want my arms to be big
and strong. I want to be proud to take my shirt off at the pool or
beach!!
I don’t fear success. I don’t fear failing…why then don’t I
accomplish all my goals??
